I would state that voltage is the primary thing that one has to get in order that the things dont go in the wrong method. If the voltage supply for the motherboard increased or decreased when doing the overclock then you can get more issues with that. Don't change the poewr supply or else you will loose your mobo.
Don't overclock the system. As you are going to purchase the latest one and so that itwill be under warranty. If you overclock that then this will void the warranty for that and after that if anything happens to the device then company will not look at it under warranty. I have seen many cases were overclocking spoils the motherboard and they are left with no choice other than buying a new one.
If you are planning to overclock then want to inform you that it will create problem for your system. If every the things are finished in the ideal method then you will be capable to see the processor going in a steady mode. But if it is not put in a fine ways then there are chances that it might fully wipe out a processor.
