Default Overclocking Q6600 on Asus P5KC CPU board.

I only require to share about of the data with you totally hence I am beginning this thread. Well only need to tell that Q6600 is the weakest CPU that I have arrive across. A few days ago when I had determined to overclock this CPU.

When I had contributed an increase in the voltage to 1.35V I recognized that my organization temperature did raise to 60-62 degrees from an ideal temperature of 32 degrees. I only require to ask which is a beneficial temperature so that I can contribute up a good overclocking speed in this CPU. So any data that you all would like to share it with me then please do inform me.

I acquired the point that you all are attempting to arrive at well I did get negative reaction from your side. However I will attempt to hold up my organization and create sure that it will reach the 3.6GHz mark that 1 of the user has assigned.

I will attempt and improve the cooling answers for the organization and assure to it that my organization does gives some beneficial stability. So i will get back to you guys if my organization does perform very well. Anyways thanks for all of your suggestions.

See it also depends upon the CPU board that you are utilizing. Check with the bios settings and accordingly create some exchanges in the bios. I absolutely agree with the above users who have told that we must test the stability at each and all level of the increase in the organizations temperature.

I guess 3.6 is a much bigger speed for your organisation, I would be surprised if it reaches anywhere around 3.3GHz. so that’s what I have to tell here. In case if you have any other question then do feel free to inquire here.
