I would advice you to assure by doing the following adjustment:
RGB Turbo: FAST, central processing unit ratio: Ninex, fine central processing unit ratio:0.0, central processing unit frequency: 4.00GHz, central processing unit host control :enabled, central processing unit host frequency:445(MHz), pci express frequency: 100(MHz), ciaII : Disabled ,advanced clock control central processing unit clock drive 800mV, pci express clock drive :900mV , central processing unit clock skew :0pS mch clock skew 0pS. Function enhance : Standard , XMP : disabled, (G)MCh frequency latch :333MHz, system memory multiplier :2.40B,memory frequency: 1066 1066(MHz), dram timing choosable: manual, case latency time: 6, trcd: 5, trp: 5,tras :18,advanced timing control :entire set on auto

Thank you for your advice I would test this circumstances when I will be at home. But I have few querie in mind, i am not questioning to your experience about overclocking. But I only need to familiar why to drop voltage on Dram to 2.000 rather of 2.100? Is there any disadvantage adjusting the Dram voltage so high? If please let me familiar so that I should not create similar thing following time

The conclude why should you drop the voltage on the DRAM to 2.000 rather of 2.100, if you set the DRAM voltage so high then it will create the memory precarious. So 2.000v is sufficient and still if you adjust it to 1.9v may be more balanced in your case. If you have any other queries let me familiar.

I have tested the adjustment 5 times any all time failed. tried 5 times on every RAM voltage 2.0, 1.9,1.8 and arrives 2.1v anyways. I can get the RAM to boot at 4GHz when it is functioning on turbo 5-5-5-15 2.1v. continued the central processing unit termination at 1.260v and mess with mch core and mch reference? what voltage would be secure for those

You must maintain the central processing unit termination at 1.200 when you are altering mch reference in BIOS. When you have adjust mch reference then go to central processing unit termination and increase it up. Test adjustment vtt to 1.200 and mch reference to 0.659v, then go to vtt and increase it to 1.250. Maximal mch core should be 1.4v. mch reference is ever secure but you require to tweak it perfectly to acquire it stable
