    Default I am overclocking p iv 630 Intel 915gav

I have comprised and been using an AthlonXP 2500+@3200+ for a at the similar time as, at present I had bought a innovative system and needed to overclock as my preceding one. I used to hear intel processors as rather superior overclockers and needed to give it a test. I was anticipating to beat 3.6Ghz through means of my stock hsf, other than I was shocked when I wedged at 217fsb. Still my gimp 2500+ was over clocking 1833@2400mhz simply was examination bios in excess of and over the complete again to notice if I did something wrong, when I push in excess of 217fsb same to 220 230 240 etc my computer does not boot, it does simply if I clear/reset cmos.

Did you lock your PCI-E bus. Whenever so, endeavor existing it on auto and notice if it resolves your tribulations. If it does, fix it to 105 and keep going, on the other hand your PCI-E bus may limit how much you be capable to overclock. As Chim3ra said, make confirm your PCI-E bus lock. You are not out of storage bandwidth, so with the purpose of is not a tribulations. You be supposed to be competent to go to at least 266MHz, for a theoretical maximum overclock of 3990MHz at stock FSB. Your PSU give the effect of being OK. Keep Speed step facilitate.

I not be capable to notice an option to lock my PCIe velocity, it says 100 and lets me revolutionize the value linking 100-120. I have comprised not turn aware of various revolutionize on it when I over clock other than I only endeavor to increase it to 104, and my fsb to 220 and it functioned. So I thought it is superior to keep the PCIe ratio at 100, other than I was not capable to function at 220 last to. Its a diminutive unusual. So be supposed to I increase my PCIe speed lasts to my fsb. Decide to it cause various bug in games etc if I increase it so much.

Ok I notice few light in conclusion, at present I am functioning on 105pcie/225fsb @ central processing unit defaulting voltage with the purpose of is a begin I tested 106/230 108/230 110/240 through means of voltages up to 1.43 other than no luck, be supposed to I stick through means of 105pcie. And I may not position fsb/ram ratio on bios, CPUz says my rams are functioning at 301mhz 602ddr looks a diminutive much for my 533s, i have comprised the most current bios, anybody known to 945p bios. Do you imagine memos stopping me to go higher. You are extra than likely functioning a divider without knowing it.

The central processing unit multiplier is locked, I am functioning with at 226x15 through means of 105pcie, defaulting central processing unit voltage, default mem voltage etc. There is nothing considering fsb/dram ratio on cpu environment or cell menu. On Mem circumstances there are timing option and mem velocity other than when I enter mem velocity, I do not notice various ratio alternative I simply notice 533 and 667 mhz option. The CpuZ says I am functioning with on 302mhz through means of FSBRAM 3/4 ratio. I not be capable to lock memsat 533 aswell, moreover I select 533 or "through velocity" alternative, my mems function on 3/4 fsb/dram.
