Hardware similar to Zotac’s Mini-ITX 9300 CPU boards and Silverstone’s SG05 mean that a little system does not have to mean little function, but there is even a problem standing in the way for many mini-ITX or HTPC owners – how to maintain your kit cool in an environment where space is at a premium?

Cooling your central processing unit in an entire tower, or still mATX case is as simple as searching later market cooler that fits your budget, but picking a cooler for a mini-ITX construct is much more challenging. The height and size limitations of much littler cases means that sufficient tower coolers, which utilize big stacks of cooling fins, are



impossible to set and the vast majority of coolers on the market are impractical, leaving users with a limited option and the possibility compromising on either cooling or noise steps to maintain their central processing unit cool.

We imagine that is a fairly raw deal, and having been frustrated ourselves in testing to search a capable less profile cooler set out to search a low profile cooler that would not only set inner a restrictive mini-ITX case, but which could cope with or still excellent the cooling function of Intel’s stock heat sink.
