Where can you get the highest most highest rate of speed besides portable overclocking and Cray systems?

Well, a T1 is 1.54Mbps.So by your description, the dsl/modem would be faster. For Internet bandwidth.Your access to the Internet doesn't really have any effect on your processor. So over-clocking doesn't apply here.Cray systems are vector processors. Whereas the Intel (or AMD) chip in your PC is super scaled pipeline (parallel). Beside, for the money, you can put together a super computer (x86 system) for less money than a Cray system.
