Default Phenom II x4 955 BE overclocking

Hi, wanted my Phenom II x4 955 BE overclocking to 3.6 GB, what would I be doing so he runs around and does not hurt?
    My components are:
    Phenom II X4 955BE 3.2 GB
    Scythe Katana 3
    Gigabyte GA-UD3 990XA
    2 x 2GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 CL9 DIMM-1600 Dual Kit
    LC Power 550Watt.

With me almost everything except the RAM is set to Auto, which I had to separately adjust the Timings, he was known only as 1333 and were standing at the 9/9/9/27 1600 and to 1.5 V, according to the manufacturer to 1.65 V, I will leave the 1.5 V, i hope you can help me how should I set it?

Hi, based on your questions you can see that you've not yet read into the subject, sorry but that one should ever make at least the BIOS settings to understand, just posted a couple of times BIOS screenshots and making time is not, unfortunately. Since it is a BE with free multiplier, I would give 0.1V more Vcore and then set up the multiplier until the system becomes unstable, test with Prime and always pay attention to the nice temperatures.

The temperature is load even without overclocking at at 55 ° C and my Vcore is 1.392V - 1.408V (CPU-Z) and at Everest or AIDA64 is 1.4V. if the AMD Cool 'n' Quiet is off.

Where he already has 1.4 V, that should allow for the C3 actually been good at what intervals, time, assuming it is not a crutch.

Deputy first time on manual order, check, then what is all changed, VTT and Co fact I really have never seen in AMD, RAM, CPU-NB and HT link Kannste even render the system is the multi geoced, there is a basic clock: 200MHz.

Then RAM NB and HT have their own multinationals as well as the CPU, these are independent of each other therefore, each component can be individually controlled therefore, I blow, maximize the CPu only multi that it is the easy way, if you are lifting now, but the ref clock, the rest is also affected.

Simply place all the time on the values that stand behind it and then the last CPU Voltage Control to Manual and then 1.350 V.
