Thread: Please Guys, I seriously need overclocking help on my seriously slow pc.?

I have a GA7VAX GigaByte motherboard, KT400 chipset(procesor/CPU), NVidia GeForce FX5200, 896mb DRAM(RAM), prob is I have only 3 ram slots, and I recently bought 2 Gaming 512MB DDR2 RAM's. They don't fit, so i thought maybe someone out there can help me. O and the other prob is i can't overclock my pc at 142mhz. and when i am on 142mhz, it bombs out(meaning it automaticly restarts. PLEASE, I NEED HELP!i know the memory won't work. But as for the cooling, i have got 6 14cm fans, with 3 waterblocks, is that enough? or should i try to build the whole refrigerator in the high tower?(sarcastict). Please, i need overclockers experience with this one.Methode of overclockingEasyTune4 software, for the chipset only. I've got for the graphics card, but it doesn't really make a difference.

dude.. the ddr2 ram you bought.. its NOT compatible with your motherboard. and overclocking... i suggest you to NOT overclock. IF you overclock, the computer will overheat very easily and it wil become extremely unstable. You should only overclock if you know what doing, have good cooling system (like watercooling or 3rd party coolers), alot of experience with hardware, etc.anyways, can you tell what method you are using to overclock?
