Thread: Playing burnt DVDs on DVD player

DVD set-up will only play the older DVD player. New players play AVI and MPEG files.

Take one of your home DVD’s out and view it on your computer.
Look for the file types. You may have to unhide. It could be that your computer also is using a special way to use DVD’s. It might be using UDF.

Thanks for replay I'm trying to play a DVD that has a burnt movie download. The DVD will play fine on my laptop but will not play on my home DVD player.
