I have acquired few serious problem with my luck, you can not think that I am having 2 defected or else you can say two poor PSUs and CPU board. I have confirmed central processing unit and CPU fan in few other dissimilar Computer. And in entire 3 configuration I can experience no fans rotating neither the one which is close to the PSU nor the CPU fan. The 3 possible configurations stated.
