Thread: Clearing Paper Jams

Paper jam is most commonly seen problem with printers. Paper jams occur due to improper paper feed, human intervention during printing process or sudden power failure. However, by following the steps listed in this section, you can easily clear paper jams.

1. Remove all papers from In and Out trays.

2. Press the Resume button. The jammed paper will come out from the printer.

3. in the case Jam is not cleared,turn of the printer.



4. open the access door by pinching the latch handles and removing the door.

5. remove the appear and close the rear access Door by placing door to its original position.

6. put appear in to a tray and press the resume button. the printer starts printing the document.
