Paper jams are common in laser printers and they occur due to improper loading of papers in tray, removal of tray during printing or opening of top cover during printing process. Common areas where paper jams occur are:
Cartridge Area
• Paper Feed Areas (Trays)
• Output Areas

Cartridge Area
1. Turn of the printer and open the top cover.
2. Hold the cartridge from top and pull-out from the printer lift up the registration plate. If the leading edge of the paper is visible, gently pull the paper toward the rear of the printer to remove it from the printer
