    Default Help with printer

Hello, I have a problem with my HP printer is that I do not take the role, I have cleaned the rollers and I've reinstalled the drivers and nothing, so I'm stuck in the forum to see if someone else was wrong so and as he had settled.
The issue is that I've found an answer I do not understand much, which you may copy:

"I HAVE A SOLUTION! THIS WORKS AND WE did!
    1-normal paper printer FOLIO NO
2-Give him a little inclination towards the lame paper
    3-roller cleaning
4-desistalar and install the drivers (printer)
    5-Do not scan a copy
6-ya ready, this is what I did that for me the role of new conies

WARNING: DO NOT TOKEIS GEARS OF TAPE THAT COULD BREAK YOUR PRINTER

I did this in an HP PSC 1510 (multifunction)

    SALUDOS Y SUERTE "

My question is, how do I scan a copy free ", which is not that.

Let's see if I echoes me a hand print, and I urge and the nerves.
    Come by all.
    Un Saluda

When you install the software you have to install the scanner, a quick scan arbiter is a Word document, you go to insert picture from scanner or camera. Once there select the scanner and you're scanning.

I think my printer does not have that, it is an HP DeskJet 100 (and has years) is that when I install the software does not install anything I get the scanner.

If my printer does not have scanner how can solve the issue that I take the role?
    Thanks

Of course, thought I would have the same printer. Being so old I would opt for a change but if you want a home remedy you should open the door of the printer and on the rollers and a cutter or knife to make diagonal stripes one side to another. That will make you escape days, weeks, maybe months, but you changed my printer and the inkjet walk home not normally have spare parts.

The problem that you should be that the rollers are smooth, use, what we do with the trick is to create some roughness to drag the paper.

So I do not recommend that leads to repair because if the rollers are going to nail me, almost a paste, I get a new printer not better?

If you no longer works not lose anything to try to make the stripes. If the repair will almost certainly lead to tell you that is out unless they have some hands and cutting printers. Which will not advance the printer parts for officers might try to adapt yet another roll, and I do not know, so I advise you to make the preferred trouble and if you do not work, new printer Andalusia song jeep.
