I have serious problem with my laser printer Lexmark E310, I hope to help me please.
the problem is when I come to print the printer draw the paper and then the paper stop at the middle, to take the paper out of the printer I must open and close the door again or switch the printer off and on again , after the paper drawn out of the printer I see the upper half of it only printed and the lower one is black.
I loose the printer parts and clean it very very well, and then reassemble it but this doesn't solve my problem, I know how to clean it by the dry spray and wet cloths and Blower to clean dusts.
please please help me I will appreciate it
