Thread: Issue related to HP LJ1012 Printer

Hello everybody,

I have a client who is using Terminal Server on Win2K. He is having a batch of HP LJ1012 printers. In some of the applications which are developed with the PowerBuilder, some reports where printed out with an irregular very small font. I would also wish to know your advice where to check for this problem? Is there any common driver that can fix up this problem?

Is there any workaround like altering the common driver? The client has a lot of this model, but it's not easy to tell them that to alter the whole batch. Other applications in the computer are also working fine, only one that prints with the small fonts.

Yes, that's annoying me. They must have modified it among these. This exacting entry is the only one that says: Supported: "No", and yet lists a driver version. All the other unconfirmed models say: Supported: "Not supported" and list "N/A" under "Driver version". Seems that’s like a quick and sloppy change. I also don't know if you are able to get better results with another driver.
