Difference in the cartridge / color / printing head. Well, for 5383 is for the USB camera. In 5383 only 4 colors (just a black 2) and a print head (removable, as the Canon). In 5283 2 cartridges and printers, respectively, 2 heads, 6 colors and can be used (there is no visual difference). Consumables for 5383 will be slightly cheaper, even taking into account that in 5283 there is a large amount of cartridges.
