It has a very large input and output tray capacity of 250 and 150 pages respectively and the monthly duty cycle of 50,000 is quite impressive. Its toner cartridge has a black page yield of 2,500 pages - much more than the other printers. It also has a good network management feature with comprehensive print usage report and support for access permission depending on the IP address.
In performance it did fairly well and was behind only the Samsung CLP-310N. Its spooling time was the fastest clocking 14 seconds. The 13.3ppm for black text page and reasonable speed in printing out Excel sheets and comic book PDF of 40 and 86 seconds respectively makes it a pretty fast printer. But it fared badly in the print quality test with the output noticeably lagging behind the other printers' quality.
