Printer installation failed

I have wireless network & wireless printer installed. Problem is with my laptop that it notice wireless printer but can not see it in control panel. To include new printer I obtain an error message.

"Printer installation failed. Operation may well not be concluded (error 0x00000643).

1) Go to add printer & select wireless network I got similar error message. For this delete wsd printer port & reinstall printer. But this doesn’t solve my problem. Now I unable to utilize printer. Please give me solution for this.

2) I advise you to go to printer company website & click on support & tell them your problem. They will surely help you to repair this problem

3) Perform following instructions:

Install printer with proper drivers.
Now below Add printer & faxes window, remove earlier installed wireless printer.
Restart system for 3-4 times and then install wireless printer again with original drivers.

Turn on printer & start system.
