Thread: Hp stops as printing many document

I have HP printer but problem is when I give multiple documents to print, it prints few documents but then it gets fixed and doesn’t print any documents. It does not get fixed when documents are printed individually. So please help me to solve my problem.

Check that drivers for printers are installed and working appropriately on PC. Every device connected to PC needs proper drivers installed on PC to work appropriately. If proper drivers for device are lost then device won’t work appropriately. For this Right click on my computer and choose manage. Open device manager and find installed printer and Right click on it and open properties. If there are caution signs then follow troubleshooting process mentioned. If problem remains then update drivers and then check with multiple documents.

It is likely that printer is defective and so it is getting fixed as printing documents. If printer itself is defective, then it won’t work appropriately and generate problems. Get printer checked by technician and be sure reason of problem. If printer is defective then there is no other choice than to change printer itself. Earlier than changing printer, attach and install it to other PC and check if it is working appropriately or not.

PC contacts with printer through attaching cable between PC and printer. If cable is defective PC unable to contact with printer appropriately. Also USB cable used to attach printer to PC, which be likely to obtain damage with time. So modify attaching cord and port on which printer is attached and check if printer works appropriately or not.

I think there's a damageon your hardware. Or just check the wires. If none of this has cause the problem. May be you drivers are outdated. Why not try to scan you pc for any drivers outdated or malfunction. I prefer this site to try, http://www.driver-downloads-site.com/ .
