There are lots of causes of and solutions for this. If the entire document prints on several pages but each page has a blank area at the bottom, check that you haven't set the page layout to landscape and the printer output to portrait. If the right-hand side of each line is missing but the rest of the document is fine, check the page layout of the document to see that it is not wider than the physical width of the paper. On occasions when you're designing an oversized document but also want to print draft copies on A4, check whether there's a Print to fit or Scale to fit option in the program's Print dialogue box.

If the problem occurs only with graphics-intensive documents, it could be that the computer has insufficient memory for the print job. Try closing down any other programs that are running to free up some memory and then print again. Check too that the hard disk is not nearly full. If it is, you might need to delete some unnecessary files to leave space for the printing software to do its job.
