Thread: Using homegroup printer

I attached to the homegroup printer and need to use that printer. So please provide me some suggestions on how use that printer in Windows 7. Any help will be appreciated.

To organize Printer in windows 7 homegroup follow the steps given below:

• Go to Network and Sharing Centre

• choose Homegroup and go to Sharing Options

• Alter Advanced Sharing Settings

• In Home or Work section, require to choose Options

Then turn on network discovery, there is option to turn on file and printer sharing, and user accounts and passwords to attach to other networks. Then click save changes. Ensure that both on similar Workgroup.
