    Default Unable to print anything

    I have HP 9300 printer connected to PC. But the problem is I am unable to print anything from it. When I give print command to any document it hangs and close the program. Please help me to solve this problem.

    Initially check the printer ports. There is registry key on local PC that permits all ports to be mapped.

    Update drivers to new and check firmware. Also check cartridges for ink level in printing preferences. Follow steps given below to check printing preferences:

    • Go to Start, click Control Panel

    • Open Printer & Faxes

    • Right tick on printer

    • Click Printing Preferences
