Thread: Sharing all in one Printer

In my office I have laptops and PC which are process on vista and XP. I need to share copier on network so that all user can use it for printing. And also I need to know share imprinter through wireless and I am by means of USB Bluetooth adapter. Please help me to solve problem.

Install hp printer on main PC. Then print test page to make sure that it is working well. Then go to start, printer and faxes. See hp printer here. Right tick on it and click sharing, then click share this printer. Give general name to printer in sharing tab and click ok and apply. In similar way in other PCs go to start, printer and faxes, add printer. Follow wizard choose network printer pick it from list.

To share similar printer in vista open network and distribution center. Go to start, control panel, network and internet, network and sharing center. Click arrow picture beside printer sharing. In option click Turn on printer allocation and apply. Similarly to share install printers on network go to printer and click add printer. Follow the wizard.
