Thread: Printer unable to function

I have connected HP PSC 950 printer to my HP desktop PC and installed windows 7 on my PC. But now problem is my printer is not working in Windows 7. So please help me to solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

First ensure that printer is attached correctly to PC and it is turned on. Then check whether all the software’s related to this printer are installed properly.

I think you have not installed driver software of printer. So install driver software which is suitable for Windows 7 of this printer. If you doesn’t have driver software then download it from website of HP.

If after installing proper driver software problem remains means printer still unable to work then there may be hardware problem. So go to HP service center to solve this problem.
