    Default Control print users

    I organized network printer HP LJ 4345mfp and shared in AD environment. But now I need to restrict users from giving above 50 pages. So please tell me how can restrict users from server or by any third party software. Please provide me some suggestions about this. Any help will be appreciated.

    User can map printers on any print server and print, everybody group has print authorizations. To restrict users to particular print servers use Group Policy. Start Group Policy Management Console (GPMC), and open GPO having users who restricted to particular print servers. In GPO, go to User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, Printers. Open "Point and Print Restrictions," and set to Enabled. Choose "Users can only point and print to these servers" check box, and enter names of servers users can print to. Divide many entries with semicolon. Click OK to all dialog boxes, and close GPE. Refresh policy on clients for modifications to take effect.
