Oki C110 is particularly inexpensive compact color laser printer. Its specifications are modest as its price, only port USB, 200-sheet input tray and a prominent low maximum of 2500 pages duty cycle - Oki Printing recommends no more than 250 pages a month on a regular basis. It is small enough to fit on most tables, although a bit noisy. Oki makes it clear that the envelopes should not be used in this printer. Although lasers are generally not best suited for printing on envelopes, because they heat the glue, this warning is particularly unusual.
Installing the C110 must have been simple. Everything went without a hitch, until we actually tried to print something. By default, the driver is printing on the letter and rejected to print, even when we changed the properties of our job to print A4. We solved this problem by going to the main screen properties for the device in the Windows print settings and change the paper size there.
Once we have received his work was little fault with the C110. He uses light, rather than traditional laser technology to transfer images of pages to OPC drum, but it does not have a negative impact on print quality.. Print speeds were very decent 17ppm mono and 4.7ppm in color.
Her page costs are surprisingly low, at 2.4p page in mono, 9.2p per color page and the total mixed-color printing cost 11.6p. This is fantastic for a laser printer, which costs a little more than 100 pounds. There are not any hidden consumables, so that all you need to buy the latest 1500 or 2500 toner cartridges page.
C110 is not to sort large amounts of press that many of the laser devices designed to perform, but it's cool if you want to buy a personal laser printer for small or home office, without putting themselves out of pocket. If you need a fast, inexpensive, and pin-sharp mono text, low-power environment, and sometimes you want to shine a bright color for your business documents, this is a worthy option for the budget, despite the annoying default driver and no support for printing envelopes.
Unfortunately, the real deciding factor is One's own figures recommended use, which show that the C110 is not up to the workload at which it would be the best value printer. Because of this, the Samsung CLP-315 is the best choice for low-power users.
