Disconnect the USB cable from your printer. Insert the printer software CD in the computer. Browse the CD and search for the setup.exe file. Once you find it, just click "ok". Select the 'remove printer software' option and connect the USB cable to the printer, and the installation screen should appear again. Now you can continue with the installation process.
