You can go to the Device Manager and see if your drivers are installed correctly or not. Right click on "My Computer", and a dialog box called "System properties" opens up. Select the Hardware tab and click on "Device manager". The device manager shows a list of all the drivers installed in your PC. If you see a yellow exclamation mark next to a device name, it means the driver is not installed properly, and you will need to reinstall it.

Go to "Start I Printers and Faxes", and in the window that opens, select your printer and right-click on it to check its properties. A dialog box opens; select the Advanced tab and you can see the option to install a new driver.
Just click on the button and follow the steps to install the new driver for your printer.
