You can create your banner by using any software that lets you create one and then print them using your own printer. It is always advisable to print on a banner paper. Banner papers take care of paper jams and ensure brighter color.

Avoid papers that are colored from one side. If you are using the perforated papers just tear off the side edges. Once you are ready with your paper you need to setup your printer.

All you need to do is, go to printer properties and select printer setup. Select an option called the Banner and click ok and you are done. You can now start printing the banners you want.
