Thread: Unable to install printer driver.

I bought a new printer which was the hp photosmart c5380 all in one printer. I put in the installation cd and it got to 80% and after that an error pops up and it keeps popping up it will not stop. I do not know how to solve it. I am not getting any solution for my problem and need some help for solving that problem.

For that you need to follow the below steps mention:

• Search for hpzsetup.exe file in all files and folders

• Delete all instances of it.

• Search for hpzsetup.exe in the registry

• Delete only values that had hpzsetup.exe

• clear Recycle Bin

• Reboot your PC.
