Thread: More than one page feed

This probLem couLd be due to one of the following reasons. The paper was pushed too far into the paper tray. When Loading sheets in the paper suppLy tray, do not push it too far forward. ALways insert the paper untiL it meets the first resistance.

Another possibility is that the paper does not lie flat in the paper tray it may be curled!' Remove the paper from the paper tray and set it on a flat surface. If the paper is curled, try to straighten it by bending it in the opposite direction. Reject the paper if the problem cannot be corrected. The other reason could be dirty paper rollers. Clean the paper rollers as explained in the next problem.
