Default How to approach Printer Machine Services to clean cartridges

Hi everyone, I am testing to print few images but I am aqcuiring that the quality is awful. I think that cartridges are not so former so that I can go and spend money on more I need to eliminate the evident. I am testing to clean the printer heads by going into Properties-Printing Preferences-characteristics-Printer Services. But when doing this I only acquire the dialog box telling 'Unable to function the operation'. For that reason I had unset up the driver but nothing occures. Too I have downloaded the basic driver from the HP website and set up it on my system but it is too not functioning.

In this matter I will advice you to open Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin or C:\Programs\HP\Digital Imaging\bin. At there you will search the document named as hpqtbx01.exe. and then right click on that document and select "Create shortcut" later right click the shortcut you have made and select Properties. In the box known Target include "HP Officejet Pro K5400 series" later the existing way so it appears similar to this: "C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqtbx01.exe" "HP Officejet Pro K5400 series". It could be for you the name of the printer machine should be unlike, since it must match what is known the printer and printer machines, but if not rename the printer later set up that should just be capable to copy above.

For beginning the set up of the new toolbox, only click on the downloaded document and the set up should start. Later the set up you will be capable to access the toolbox through the Printing Preferences of the K5400. Later that go to Machines and Printers, and click the K5400 and click Printing Preferences, click the tab labeled characteristics and at the bottom of that display you should have a key called services or services the printer.

Ok, I imagine that it will function at all it would be to set up the toolbox for the K5400, for this thing you require to make shortcut to it and rather of entering "HP Officejet Pro K5400 series" to the target you had enter "HP Officejet Pro K550 series". Later this if you are not acquiring it to function then for this you can utilize the keys of the front panel which is there on the printer to start the similar tasks as you can from the toolbox.
