Thread: Not able to print from HP LaserJet 1012 later promoting to MAC OS X 10.5

I will advice you to first test to figure out this trouble with the help of HP printer machine utility. Run Hp printer Utility and then check whether you are capable to print from your HP LaserJet 1012 or not? Might be with the assist of HP printer utility you can figure out this trouble.

I am too facing similar trouble with HP LaserJet 1012 printer machine. I have tested to figure out this trouble with the assist of HP printer utility but that does not help me. as stated in above post that we have to reset printing system early including printer but I do not familiar how to reset printing system. Please give me instruction for resetting printing system.

To adjust printing system in MAC operating system X 10.5 you have to follow these steps. First you have to Go to apple menu and then choose system preferences in your PC. Now from view menu you have to select Print & Fax. Only you have to press and hold Option key when clicking on get rid of printer icon and then select Reset printing system. If you have not included any printer then you have to hold option key and then select add printer image and then select Reset printing system. You need to select closest cope with with your printer machine. I was too having same trouble with my HP LaserJet 1012 printer and I have selected HP DeskJet 1100C printer and then it functioned perfectly. you can too try to set this trouble by selecting HP DeskJet 1100C printer machine.
