    Default Phenom 8450

Change platform a few days ago and you started me on the OC XD put my settings below.

    Amd Phenom 8450 Tri-Core
    ECS A780GM-A Black Series
    OCZ Platinum 2GB DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

I read some guides and decided to start and try to stabilize my platform with a moderate oc ... to reach an FSB of 248-250 at increasing the frequency of 2.1 to 2.6 default without any problem. you pass the first 95 hours and not throw me any problems, considering that this board is quite unique to my taste as guides in the q lei ... usually most of the options are configurable (other models of plates), in which many are automatic baffles me a little while and relieves me xD
should understand that the process is stable, but ... to do a test with the same prime, but this time in order to blend checker reports ... problems started .. In less than 5 min I detect hardware errors... Will make doing the same test in default mode (processor) I made the comparison to download some sort of manufacturing flaw...

Note that this is not anything, especially because you can bring problems. Bios updates only when necessary (support of another processor, etc.). I do not think the bios influence (or significantly) the overclock a PC.

    Greetings.

Referred him to stay on the frequency memos XD if the process is more stable ...

Your configuration is now limiting the ram.

Latencies of these memories I hold most CPU frequency ... I can not increase or decrease over the FSB latencies more ... I reached a bit of balance .., have been interesting left 2.6ghz ... but these memories are relatively heavy.

    Hi

I believe that these often confusing latencies, low MHz of the memos, not trimmings, hardly able to operate at stock voltage 500MHz (1000 MHz effective) well.

Thanks for the advice, actually reduced the frequency of reports... 500 + MHz (unstable) to 475mhz stable, I say this because it passes and prime95 blend in for over 4 hours each, I do not understand that but in my plate I can not reduce the frequency of direct reports (at least I could not) the only way is to made automatically to reduce the FSB can step to reduce the latencies 5-5-5-13 ... leave them some screens ...

If they bring a plate option to lower the frequency of memos. ..

There is a party to the bios, q said something like DDR timing m2 ... I do not remember... is always on AUTO.... give you options to change DEVES 800 MHz, 667, 533, 400 ... if your bios is set to 800 (sometimes 400, depended of the motherboard) q is in the idea that value .... The frequency of the RAM and CPU.... (both at the same speed) then. If you get the fsb to 250 of the process, the rams b 250 (UNQ the CPU, sample 500) the idea is that value of q is the ram set to 667 in the Bios.

    Thanks for the continue helping.

I found this option earlier had tried to use it but no effect... and more with the alternatives ... anyway 1:2 plate automatically stops, played for a while but if I could achieve 1:1 ... I find it impossible ... Now in the case was 245:490, the memories are very stable ... after many hours and prime, like the processor ... There is also a problem leaving well?

    Hello.

Nothing happens if you spend the applications of stress and is not tainted because it is either stable!

Recommend you apply to the specific test rams ... general in the programs stressed, just make the processor load and use for this... Almost never measured the stability of ram.

Uses the test of Everest, to-specific reports. And another.... even after the 245 ram? Download it at that ... your memos are unstable: S + ad, if you leave the ram slower, you can increase the fsb of the process, obviously... not even the limit of the processor put in that MEN VALUE CLOCK, place 333; and from there .. Increase the fsb up to the limit of the processor. Once the process unstable, you lower the fsb and some 20 ready ... a relatively decent.

The low frequency of memos to 333 MHz fsb and the follow up ... good measure temperatures at idle and micro full load ... if you want, with the 1024 mb okay, there are other more specific, but my taste is too exaggerated ...
