    Default Intel Celeron 2.13 GHz

Hello, my problem is I have a pc with Processor

Processor: Intel Celeron D 310 2.13 GHz Core Prescott
    Multiplier: x16.0 (Locked)
    Motherboard: PC Chips M925G
    RAM: 1 GB DDR PC 3200 (2 512 MB)
    Stepping: 1

what happens is that the micro and I have a 2.27 GHz stable and without problems, but I upload it to 2.40 GHz I left but I have to reboot 2 times for it to boot at that speed as I tried to 2.40 is stable but also the complication is to restart it 2 times to start with that speed and I want to start is the first time usually can do something or you just have to leave now as I have to 2.27 GHz

    Thank you very much!

The dilemma is that I have seen several post is that people think that just increasing the FSB or HTT processor frequency and with that we're ready and not so well, they have to worry about the Vcore of the frequency of memos The latency of the memos, and a few other factors, which are also listed in directories that are in the post it.
