Hello everybody ...
I have a Celeron D 310 (Socket 478, 2.13GHz - FSB 133x4, Prescott core) on a plate DFI 865PE-ALE LINK.
What happens is that the board supports 200 fsb, but the processor is 133 fsb in the bios will not let me give more than 165 (can not enter a higher value, there is not). A 165 FSB (2.64GHz) going super good, stable and unchanged Vcore without raising the temperature with default cooler. I have read that these are fsb processor 200 (3.2GHz) with Vcore problems without changing, but unfortunately I do not have the option to upload more. The board (with Intel chip i865pe) has jumpers to set the fsb (100, 133, 166 and 200), but regardless of the value assigned to it, always starts at the same speed, and allows me to change the fsb from 133 to 165 only.
I have heard "rumors" that one can pin-mod or something to be detected and 200 fsb, but I could not find anything.
Does anyone have any idea what you can do to give more fsb?
