    Default Athlon 64 processors

    Hi,

I have not had luck with Ocear soon as my Athlon 64 with Socket A, and not to do, I read guides, recently set up a little better thanks to my memos translated by the guide Johnrr6 and all that I have achieved windows has been corrupted, may be the BIOS as I was told that the average for DFI INFINITY Ocear, although I am not sure of that.
    Someone help me please:
    This is my glass:

    -Athlon 64 3000 Venice
    DFI NF4 SLI-INFINITY
    Corsair TWINX-3200XL (2x512)

The problem with the DFI mobos is that your bios are too comprehensive and configurable, and usually for good OC that offer you have to configure everything manually. It is not the best option for beginners, but if you weapons of patience is the best shop out there.

Now, starting from scratch, all options must be configured in the memos manually speed (166 to start), latencies, which should be as relaxing or default (those you see in CPU-Z), put the memos in 2Q and then if you get a good oc 1T and pass the tests. With the voltage (vDIMM) did not mess up that exceeds the 210 MHz in them more or less, or you want to improve latencies.

Test with 250 FSB, Vcore of 1.45v, and HTT at 4x and I already told you about the memos, all manual. With the voltage of the chipset does not need to upload it until they exceed 280 fsb (+ or-)

If you manage to get in a little part of 5 or 10 MHz fsb more ....... when you start to climb up the Vcore a little, with a max. 1.6 And checking the temp. (The Venice die at 65 degrees, so until a full 55 º maximum acceptable)

When OC the CPU, the oc not have VGA, so as not to require both the source and focus on the processor.
