    Default Intel C2D E8500 processor

    - Mother ASUS P5E (BIOS to the latest v.1102)
    - Percent of Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 (bought in Nix 29.12.08)
    - 4 GB of memory (DDR2-800 Kingston, do not remember the specific model)
    - Video XFX GF 8800GT 256 MB (Alpha Dog Edition).

Temperature percent, even on cold just started a computer (from the BIOS, Hardware Monitor) 39 degrees. The same temperature is observed in the programs of AI Suite, PC Probe for any load - even if you are that stores, at least to run any applications and games, even the most resource. Even if the process these applications and just run from the same BIOS Hardware Monitor has the same 39 degrees. What chip?

Percent of all the old normal shows (28-30 for the XX and up to 35-40 under load). Just do not have to ask what my version of PC Probe and AI Suite, this garbage has shown me any, including the latest versions of those programs downloaded from ASUS, and evidence consistent with that seen in the BIOS. At the procedure on the reverse side of the kernel (just where the sensor), paste a label with the inscription "Do not pluck.

No, such a label may not cause problems, if possible - check the processor (or rather - his monitor) on another board.

No, unfortunately, such a possibility I do not have. All of the available platforms with friends to other sockets or older mothers, who do not hold this percent. So of course a stable work in all modes, but in summer there will be warmer and would like to have control of the temperature. Besides, if you gather disperse, and then do so without the temperature control is not good.

You can bring it to the warranty department, only documents for purchase, do not forget.
