Default What occurs whenever I overclock a processor

I was imagining that what will occurres if I overclock the processor of my PC system. In actual I do not need the solution to this question in technical condition of FSB (Front Side Bus) and QPI (QuickPath Interconnect). I need to familiar the answer to this question in easy words of common concepts. Through overclocking the processor are we raising the frequency, and in which mode the power and frequency associated. I will be expecting for the associated replies.

Electricity is took when the CPU pulses. More pulsing of central processing unit means the consumption of more electricity. If you gain the voltage the more heat will be made for every pulse. The raise in the frequency gives the quicker function. For acquiring the higher frequency you have to increase the voltage.

Power is connected to the consumption of voltage and raise in frequency. Overcloking the processor will increase the quantity of heat created and the power consumed through the central processing unit. If I determine the power in easy formula then it will be similar this

I will test to explicate you in the easy word possible. Take your central processing unit as analog water wheel. Just regard the spinning of wheel as the frequency, and the flow of water as the quantity of voltage. Just if you need the wheel to spin quicker than you has to raise the amount of water flow. So that the wheel can do the more function or can create more power.

Consorting to me electricity is not pulsing, the states of switches. Commonly the electricity flow by circuits and it is utilized to alter the state of transistor. Just if we regard this Voltage and frequencies are not correlated to every other. Raising the voltage means increasing the power draw in all the electronic circuits and increasing in the frequency too does the similar.
