So now I am abashed amid whether to get a new or acclimated motherboard for Pentium 4 or should I go advance to newer processor? If I accept advance processor, again how could I analyze accepted Intel’s processor with anniversary other?

You said that your motherboard is damaged and you demand to alter it. But I do not perceive why you still demand to break with P4 back you are affairs a new motherboard. You ability perceive that P4 is anachronism & slow. If the motherboard or processor is out-dates again there is no faculty in replacing it with the aforementioned on or stick with aforementioned speed. Better advancement fully.

As far as I perceived that Intel’s Pentium 4 and AMD’s Athlon are somewhat aforementioned in acceleration and performance. These processors are abundant for multitasking or slight gaming. A low abundance Pentium 4 with Hyper threading and Athlon with Hyper transport is activity to accomplish able-bodied in low end computers for accustomed usage. However in your case, if you are attractive for replacing the motherboard, again get one which is accordant with best ambit of processors from oldest to newest. This will accompany you bigger advantage for approaching upgrade.

If you are attractive advanced for arcade processor again never analyze the frequencies of an AMD to an Intel. AMD has lower frequencies and Intel with college frequency. But in some situations, AMD will do bigger than Intel. For archetype in gaming. One affair makes abiding that you are activity to get the 64bit one.

If you demand to buy the 64-bit processor and demand to get the abounding use of it, again you will apparently charge a 64-bit adaptation of windows. But don’t anticipate that you cannot do the aforementioned with 32-bit Windows. You can additionally get affluence of account there. The above affair is 32-bit Windows is abundant added accordant with hardware.

I have done the benchmark test and I finally came to know that Intel is much higher and is better. I am using the AMD processor and I am very happy with it.
