Default Intel Core i5 750 frequency varies

Hello, I need the advice of the community again, i have mentioned in the title processor and I noticed that the frequency varies, for example, if I do nothing on the PC, it drops down dramatically i start for example. then the CPU test rises to the desired value to it . In addition I have some questions: is this the turbo mode together and what exactly makes the turbo mode, as is indeed the promised sale of up to 3.20 GHz, how do I reach them I can set that the CPU runs constantly at the desired frequency, and if so where?

You have to turn off the power-saving mechanisms in the bios, the turbo mode on only higher than the normal frequency.

Turbo mode has several stages, depending on the number of loaded cores the maximum stroke is reached only when a nucleus utilization. Turn off power-saving techniques will not help you with the tools necessary, because the burden if the cpu is not large, the clocks are not too high in idle the cpu count not 100%, that does not work, because otherwise it would be highly overclocked.

The saving of the energy-saving things anyway because they're not only unloaded on computer if it interferes with the programs I would always let him quietly running at full frequency he has not always do what and since then it consumes less.

I have now time to test computer base closer look at and also tested my CPU supposedly the turbo mode is enabled with me, but in CPU-Z was the frequency is set to the default values they've locked down again to the normal values. I come in the end, only a score of 3.66 points in the test with turbo mode, and Turbo mode from 3.81 to 4:42 points the test is also explicitly stated that the C-states must be enabled, so now what is the case with me (but so is the setting C3/C6/C7 State Support mean.

Get a program that reads your CPU frequency Next, you look for a program that is loaded with all your cores, start the program and view the CPU speed next in the Windows Task Manager, right click on the process and then determine membership. Now take the hook from the nuclei and then you look at the CPU speed again is the turbo mode activated should there now be a higher number if not then do not.
