I just finished my engineering studies in construction this year, well almost because I was asked to make a small program in order to finalize my project graduation and validate my diploma.

The problem, as you guessed, is that I know nothing about programming but I'm sure it has nothing to complicated for people skilled in programming as you ... lol

I'll try to be clear in my explanation: in fact, I made an excel spreadsheet in which there are 3 sheets, which contain data that I recovered by performing tests on site.

There are four types of data (the same for 3 sheets: i.e. settling, viscosity, compressive strength and density). I returned the data as in excel:

Viscosity: 12 15 17 12 16 18 13 15 15
Density: 2 3 2 2 3 2 3 2 1
Decanting: 20 22 23 28 24 15 16 18 26
Resistance: 5 6 8 2 9 8 6 4 7

I know the mix of cement, water and other materials to make a slurry with the characteristics (eg in the first column: Vis. 12, Dens. 2, decant. 20, Resis. 5).

So actually, I want a small program that can find the column that most closely matches the characteristics that I seek and give me the values of water, cement ... etc directly.

I'm not sure if I was clear, but I'm desperate, if you can not help is that you could tell me where I might find too expensive programmers who could make me this little program?
