Java is an integral part of net surfing experience. It allows playing videos, playing games and entering chat rooms all from comforts of browser. If Java states acting up and these restricts from not displaying correctly, all is not lost yet. Repair Java installation is very easy and quick too.
· On XP, open Start menu, open Control Panel, select Settings.
On Vista or Windows 7, go to Start and open Control Panel.
· Open "Add or Remove Programs" on XP or older versions. On Vista or 7, open "Programs and Features."
· Move down to list of installed application till finding Java. Select it.
· Select "Change" on 7 or Vista. On XP or older version, it will be named as "Repair".
· Follow on screen commands to install a fresh copy of Java over existing one. This repairs the installation, and then Java will work properly.
