Default You do not have access to logon to this session.

I got the following error message "you do not have access to logon to this session" when trying to use PC to connect to a user's computer. I can remote into other computers, so I'm sure my login id and password is correct. I tried removing fInHelpMode from HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Terminal Server and restarted the system, but I still get the same error.
