Thread: What to do when your computer keep an eye on goes blank or frozen?

Last night, I put my computer monitor to sleep and when I opened it again, the screen got frozen. I restart the machine but still the screen was blank all the time.

You may try these steps to make it work:

• If the computer screen gets frozen try ALT + CTRL + DEL or restart your computer.

• Ensure your computer is not in sleep mode. Pressing any button if it’s in sleep mode.

• Ensure the power cable to the monitor is working, in case if you are using a desktop.

• Ensure your computer is connected to any other external display device. Use the keyboard shortcut, FN+f4 repeatedly to switch between the options.
