Follow the steps given below Custom Keyboard Shortcut to Open a Favorite Webpage Link in Internet ExplorerIE

Open the favorites >>Right click on the link that you want to create Keyboard Shortcut for and click Properties.


Click on the Shortcut Key box and click Ctrl + Alt + Key of your choice.
I have to create keyboard shortcuts for WebPages like,

Orkut – Ctrl + Alt + O
Gmail – Ctrl + Alt + G
Yahoo – Ctrl + Alt + Y
facebook – Ctrl + Alt + F

You can try this in all IE versions.
