Thread: Cannot debug any program on Visual Studio 2005

I am unable to debug program on diagram Studio 2005. When I am trying to debug the programs by burning F5 key in Visual Studio, I am receiving an error stating "Unable to start program C:\Documents and Settings\ (...)\practice\debug\practice.exe. Access Is Denied." Any help would be highly appreciated.

You recently installed Internet Explorer 8? Since IE8 is called Loosely coupled Internet Explorer which results in IE working on a number of processes. The problem can occur if you are using an old version of the Visual Studio. In fact, previous versions of fumbles in the peculiarities of IE8, and I cannot understand how to make a correct process.
