    Object Based Language VS Object Oriented Language

    I am new in programming word. Currently I am learning the programming language: C #, C++ and HTML. I would like know what is difference between the object oriented language and object based language and which generally used and popular in the programming word? Any help would be highly appreciated.

    The most important difference between is concepts of inheritance and polymorphisms, abstraction called as object-oriented (OOPs) and the language which does not support this concept is known object based language (OBP). I think so object oriented languages are stronger compare to object based language.
