A lots of information saved these days is in electronic format, storage space becomes essential. To obtain the necessary performance from storage space, storage planning necessary. One can get annoyed searching a single file among different other files also saved in the database.

Also, disk space challenge happens often...which can help to data loss too.

So, we need appropriate software that helps in archiving of the stored files.

In that stage I would recommend you to use Oracle Database 11g which will assist you a lot and at the same time it is suggested that if you are facing disk problem then you should attach extra capacity storage drive.
