Default Run batch file when PC starts

I installed XP on my LG Desktop and need to run batch file when start system. As I organized batch file in way that it removes and copied some file when system is restarted and this improves systems performance. So provide me some help about it.

Generate shortcut of batch file. Go to start, choose programs and right tick start up folder and open it. Then move shortcut to startup folder as it start automatically when system is restarted.
